Homeopathy is a system of medicine based upon natural laws.

- Like cures like (Similia similibus curentur), For example, if the symptoms of your cold are similar to poisoning by mercury, then mercury would be your homeopathic remedy.

- Cure takes place from above  to downward, from within  (profound) to outward, from the more important to the less important organ and in the reverse order of the onset of the symptoms.

- Action and reaction are equal and opposite (in natural form).

- The quantity of drug required is in inverse ratio to the similarity.

- Minimal Dos : The quantity of action necessary to effect any change in nature is the least possible. The decisive amount is always a minimum, an infinitesimal. By single remedy and sometime single dose. The remedy is taken in an extremely dilute form; normally one part of the remedy to around 1,000,000,000,000 parts of water (by special method).

- The dose and quantity that will thoroughly permeate the organism and make its essential impress upon the vital force is that which will affect the functional sphere of the individual.
